Outside of work, Claudia values family, adaptability, and lifelong learning. Having grown up in a Navy family and spending much of her childhood living overseas, she developed a broad perspective and appreciation for new experiences. She is the proud mother of two children, Ireland Rose and Timothy, and enjoys spending her free time boating, playing sports with her kids, and caring for her Australian Labradoodles, Taku, TBone, and Wilson, whom she recently adopted. Claudia’s personal and professional approach is rooted in adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to embrace new challenges, qualities she believes are essential for continued growth and success.
