Having worked in the industry for over 30 years, Sherri is experienced at handling a variety of escrow specialties including national commercial transactions, multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties. Sherri has a thorough knowledge of HUD, TIC, defeasance, and portfolio transactions. She is well versed in working with brokers, developers, attorneys and principals, providing for their unique and often complex transactions.
